    Hi everyone,

Reading all these comments, I don't feel really great. Actually I have the same problem. I'm planning on taking the TEAS test soon...can anyone tell me what am I going to be tested from? I mean science....everything what is in the ATI manual? because some of the tests, e.g. Hesi test doesnt require e.g. physics, so I'm wondering what about TEAS?

    thanks

I took it today. Study the ATI manual. The science part was the hardest for me. The entire test came from the ATI book. I also watched youtube videos on the parts of the cells and mitosis. Take the practice tests in the back of the book. They will tell you what you need to concentrate on.

Study the ATI book.... I know it helped me out but I think I went about it all the wrong way. I think the best thing for us to do to prepare is to go through the book page by page until we have a good understanding of all of the topics. (I more or less just "reviewed" them last time")

What scores do y'all need for your program?

    Hello All,

I took the teas test and failed the first time..but after a second attempt i passed. The hardest part was the science. Yes i did purchase the ATI study guide which helped...but the science part had questions that was not related to what i studied in the book. The test was the same so i was able to focus on the area that i scored the lowest in. Which was the science. mitosis, different phases, hypotheisis, ph, dna traits, cordon chart, punett square, taxonomic system, protons, electrons, covalent bonds. states of matter...etc.. Study study and you can pass.

I live in Texas and my school requires a minimum of 70% (overall)..... Its just frustrating because I studied so hard and still didnt meet the programs minimum requirements. Going to meet with someone this weekend who specializes in test taking skills so maybe that will help.
Hello can you please advise what TEAS V book should I purchase to get ready for the test? Thank you in advance

The book is called the Study Guide for the Test of Essential Academic Skills! Make sure you get Version V. You can google it to make sure you're getting the correct book or you can go to the atitesting website. Give yourself a least several weeks to study for it!
