I have taken the exam myself and it is in English and will always be in English. Singapore is an ENglish speaking country which is also an ex-British colony. Pay is not very rewarding and when compared in US$, it is way way behind. Starting basic pay for nurses in SIngapore is only about 1400 SIngapore dollars, therefore it is only about 940 USD. Considering the cost of living there. The pay is just almost enough only to thrive.
