When I called to schedule my HSRT they told me there were several interviewees from out of town. I met only 1 person from out of town in the afternoon sessions. All the candidates seem very qualified and super nice. I met several people who interviewed who were employees at LLU. What is your plan if you aren't accepted this year?

In our group, there was only 1 person (the other local) who is an employee at LLU. If I don't get in, I'll just reapply for next year. But hoping I don't have to worry about that!! Have you applied/interviewed anywhere else? What did you get on your HSRT? I got a 25. Was initially concerned but they said that is a good score.
There were I think 3 LLU employees in my group. If I don't get in i'll just apply for next year. I wonder how hard it is to get a second interview if you aren't accepted after an interview the 1st time. I'm just going for LLU. Michelle warned me that most people think they should have done better on the HSRT. I got the same score. It said Strong Critical Thinking in the analysis.
I think there would still be a chance for 2nd interview, unless the other applicants are just more qualified. Hoping for good news, as this is definitely what I want to do and the program seems really great. Either way, hopefully we will find out sooner rather than later!!
I'm hoping for good news too! Let me know when you find out. I know if I don't get in this year that it isn't in God's plan and then I have more time to save and prepare!

Congratulations on getting accepted! I will also be attending LLU in the fall, I am sure we will all get to know each other very well in the next several months.
That's great! Are you local, or will you be moving?

Hi,
I am planning to apply to Loma Linda next year. What types of interview questions were you asked? How did you find a CRNA to shadow? Can you recommend anyone in the Inland Empire area?
Thanks so much & goodluck!
