They ask questions regarding pressors. What are the receptor sites that vasopressin affects? Why do you NOT transfuse blood with D5 or LR? What do you know about the mechanisms involved in DIC. Things like this. These are derived from questions I have asked others who have interviewed there.

P.S. D5 makes red cells swell and become sticky, red cells mix with the calcium in LR and become clotty ;-)
