Anyone already applying at Seattle U? Which track? I haven't finished my pre-req's, so I am probably not too competitive this year, but I am going to apply anyway. I am applying for the nurse-midwife track and my background is Microbiology (UW).

Flaneur, were you able to receive any scholarship aid?

No...I didn't. Although, to be fair, there isn't a ton of it out there. Some people are getting a huge scholarship from the National Health Services Corps: Home - NHSC

Flaneur, there is an opportunity for you to be a TA during the MSN portion, right?

And yeah, I've definitely looked into the NHSC, but from my understanding it is not a scholarship, but a loan repayment once your commit to working in an underserved setting, right?

pooja I actually emailed the grad admissions and Troy told me. I am currently waiting a response from the nursing department on what position I am on the wait list just so I can try to put my chances into perspective.

Everybody in the other tracks seemed to receive their emails all at one time right?

If I didn't get one when you got one, may, it seems then that I won't be getting an acceptance e-mail, and will just get a letter of rejection/waitlisted

Hello All! My name is Andrea and I have been one of those 'guests' for about a week. I came across this site while I was pulling my hair out waiting to hear back from Seattle U. I didn't want to jinx myself by posting but you have all been so supportive of each other and I have certainly found support here.

I did just recieve my email of acceptance into the AGNP program! I am looking forward to meeting all of you in person and thank you to EVERYONE that has contributed on here because you have given so many encouraging words and thoughts.

I do feel like I am floating right now but I wish everyone on here that has been following the absolute best! Just remember, a year from now, no matter what, you will all be in such a different place.
