I was wondering if you all rent or buy your text? I am taking Health Promotions this fall and was thinking of renting the book. However, for patho, pharm, assess, I wanted to buy them to use as reference throughout my program. What is your opinion on this???

  4. I would keep the pharm & patho books, but I love those subjects so it could just be me. I actually still have my pharm & patho notes from my pre-BSN, and I hope they'll be great use when I start NP school.

There are a couple of great websites for renting, check them out!
    Half.com
    Ecampus.com
  5. I rented a text once. It was for a class that I knew would be boring and where I knew I wouldn't need it again. There are so many books on my shelf now that I need to be selective.

  7. i buy them. i use it later as a resource
  8. Rent. Just takes up too much space. I would buy if it's cheap or I would anticipate using the book as a reference.
