GPA worriers for Frontier FNP program

I have applied to tennessees RODP program to complete my FNP thru APSU but after doing more research I am wishing I had applied to Frontier instead!

What are the chances I could get in to the frontier FNP program with a 3.17 GPA? If it is possible I think I may start at APSU (if I get accepted), do really well on my first couple of classes and then try to transfer in to the frontier program....hopefully a couple of great graduate level grades will help me get in?

I was hoping someone would respond to your question. I applied with a 3.24 and am waiting for a decision. I should find out any day now.

I had a 3.8 overall undergrad GPA and a 3.91 for my BSN program and I was waitlisted and later accepted but decided not to go there.

I have applied with a 3.1 cumulative and 3.8 BSN. 8 years experience along with CFRN and TNCC instructor card. Hoping my experience makes up for the low cumulative

I just found out a few hours ago that I was turned down by Frontier. Its the only school I've applied to and a I'm a bit sad at the moment. I had my heart set on them.

Frontier is on my list to apply to as well as South University. I have a 3.34 over all and BSN 3.58...makes me wonder if even i could get into the program...

I am finishing my fourth quarter at Walden, and I have multiple classmates who transferred from Frontier to Walden. It is challenging and until the clinical portion, your work schedule does not have to be altered, which is why it was my first choice. Check it out, and best wishes finding a school that is right for you.
