Dual Concentration?

Greetings,

I am beginning to apply to Psychiatric Mental Health DNP programs, but I am feeling a little conflicted. I am having trouble finding information on whether or not is possible to specialize in family and psychiatric/mental health. I love mental health and I am certain it is what I want to do, but I do not wish to be limited to only treating mental health issues. For example, I work at an inpatient mental health facility and the PMHNP there is unable to treat medical problems because she is limited to her specialty. However, there is also a PA who is able to treat medical and mental health problems.

So far I have only found one school that offers an option to specialize in both - University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Does anyone know if any other schools offer this option? I was hoping to stay in the Rocky Mountain or West Coast area for school!
