I am interested in applying to online schools to earn my FNP, any advice on best schools? Best priced schools? I am applying from Wisconsin. Any help or tips or advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Beware of schools that require you to find your own preceptor unless you already personally know NPs who would be willing to precept you.

Yes. South University and University of Phoenix online are such schools but there are many others. One would think that for a school to be properly accredited the preceptor situation would be taken care of. This situation is quite the contrary.

Lots of things going on with South so ask questions so you know where you stand.

I recommend University of Cincinnati. They are in the top 5 for graduate programs. You have to find your own preceptors, but I enjoyed the classes and I passed boards on the first try.
