    An opportunity has popped up for my wife and I to move to SD. I'm finishing nursing school this August and will be ready to take the NCLEX asap. How's the job market in Mitchell? For that matter, what is nursing like in SD? I see a lot of positions at outpatient clinics and specialty stuff but not as much for hospitals. Are there many positions in the hospitals? Also, does anyone have experience with the Indian Health Service? If so, what is it like? What settings do you practice in?

    In the "Nurses" section at the top of the page, there is a sub category of "Native American (patients)", or very similar name that has information about Indian Health Service.
