    I am considering going to work for Mission Healthcare who has LTC facilities in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Does anyone have experience with them? What I am looking for is staffing ratios, working environment, and administrative support for nurses and CNAs. I am also posting this in the Minnesota discussion. Thank you!

    Wow, it looks like you haven't received an answer yet and I'm surprised. I was looking up this forum to see what the RN job market is like in SW SD- Black Hills area currently (end of year 2011). Anyone??
