Pay cuts for Rapid City RN's?

I am currently working with a travel RN from Rapid city. She told me that Rapid City Regional Hospital recently made RN's take a 3.5% pay cut, is on a hiring freeze and made many full time positions part time.

Is this true?

They did take a pay cut. I thought the nurses were 3%, the cuts went higher for management/administration. They are also not accruing PPL. I believe this is meant to be temporary. I hadn't heard about the FT vs PT thing.
I don't think morale is real high here right now. Scarey for the new grads who have only one hospital in this town to apply to.
