Best Sioux Falls hospital for new grads?

I will be graduating with my BSN next spring and will likely be moving to Sioux Falls (from Minneapolis). Are there any out there who have had experiences in the hospitals as new grads? In general, are hospital RN jobs hard to come by in Sioux Falls? Any information on your experience as a nurse in Sioux Falls is appreciated. Thank you!

I work at Sioux Valley in the OR. I have enjoyed my 5 month orientation. Everyone has been helpful and professional. They are also one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation as well as a magnet hospital. I like the atmosphere of the hospital as well. Innovative and high tech.

Hi,
I am just wondering how much they pay in Sioux Valley hospitals or Avera McKenna hospital for fresh graduates RN in Sioux Falls? It will be a great information for me so that i can make up my mind whether to say in SD or move on to other states. Thanks in Advance.
