    Can anyone tell me if the SD State LPN refresher course counts toward contact hour requirements in SC? I have recently moved to SC and am in the process of getting my license by endorsement. I haven't work in 10 years and need to take the refresher course, but I don't know if this is recognized as a nursing course for the purposes of contact hours or not.
