Has anyone been able to secure a job or even an interview at Piedmont?

I have applied for jobs that I am well qualified for but the HR lady won't forward my resume to the hiring managers. I have years of experience & I meet or exceed all of the qualifications.

Anyone else had similar problems? Any solutions? :hdvwl:

the hr lady seems a little mean:angryfire. i dont get her. she called me about some positions i applied for then she told me to do this personality test thing and she would forward my info to the manager. i never heard from her again. she comes of very rude. just my opinion.

i have spoken to an hr lady several times as well and i agree with you. she comes across very rude!

i had the same hr lady and she was the worst! :angryfire

she acts likes she is doing you a favor by just calling you. i think the only reason she even sent me for an interview is because i would call and email her all the time and that she was getting tired of dealing with me. she was rude, arrogant, and downright mean through the entire process.

i sent in a complaint but i never heard back from it. :icon_roll

both of you should also send in complaints, she really needs to be fired.

I am so sorry you all had such a difficult time with the HR person. I will forward this to our higher ups and hopefully this won't happen again.

I wish you all the best in your job search, and again, am so sorry about the trouble you had. I hope it get resolved soon, good nurses are hard to come by, and to treat them rudely is so sad.

Best of luck to you!

I'm a Dec new Grad and I would love to find a position at Piedmont, I am continuing to apply with new updates to their site- any suggestions??
