Relocation to South Carolina

  1. I am from North Carolina. Two weeks prior to graduation with a MSN I was terminated and reported to the NCBON. I have since been placed under investigation. I went to the board for the interrogation, (informal interview) and I am now waiting for NCBON to issue there findings. I never thought I would find myself in this postion. If the board of nursing whishes to find you guilty they will dig until they have enough evidence to pull you license, revocate, suspend, or place you on probation.
I am relocating to South Carolina, which was my goal for going back to school. I want to know if there is anyone that has had a simular experience, how long will it take for SC to issue a privaledge and what is the procedures? The South Carolina Board seems more personable. I may be wrong.

I am sorry but these aren't questions we can answer as each case is handled individually.
