hi, i just moved here and was looking for part time work as an lpn. does anyone know of a good nursing home with good ratios to work at? i was hoping for just a couple of days a month! i saw that lexington medical is hiring in their extended care facility....anyone know that place? is it true that the nursing homes here allow vents? i have never worked with those before!!! are they complicated? thanks for all your replies. i really need help!!!
