New Graduate RN

My name is Lindsay and I am about to graduate from an ADN program in May! I live in a small county, Mohave county, and there are few options for new graduate programs. The hospital I currently work at offers one, but I am not sure I am a good match for the program (there are good reasons, trust me, I just choose not to bad mouth employers based on my opinions of the work environment). There's a residency program also located about an hour away from me and it is a good program for the area I live in.

I was just curious about new grad programs in either Phoenix, AZ, Nevada, or California. Have any of you guys been a part of these programs? How were they? What are the patient ratios? What certifications do you get during your training? Any and all information would be absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much!
