Can you get Nurse Corps Loan Repayment if you did an RN-BSN?

I'm looking at their guidance, and not finding a clear answer. I did, however, find this:

"Qualifying and Non-Qualifying Educational LoansGovernment and private (commercial) loans for actual costs paid for tuition and reasonableeducational and living expenses incurred (1) while attending a school of nursing where theapplicant obtained his/her qualifying nursing education, and (2) while taking only nursingprerequisite courses at schools other than the school(s) of nursing where the applicantobtained the qualifying nursing education, provided that the applicant received academic creditfor those courses from the school of nursing where the applicant obtained the qualifyingnursing education."

Does "qualifying nursing education" mean only the education that earned me the opportunity to take the NCLEX and get my RN? In my case, that would be an AAS.

Or can I apply to have repayment of the loans that I took out to do my BSN degree through an RN-BSN program?
