  5. If you work nights, what are your days off like?
    When I did nights I was able to transition without meds or lack of sleep. I would get up early 8am on my days off with no alarm. Sleep at about 12-1am. Lucky me I guess.

    The RN shift diff was $8.75 in 2012. The weekend I believe was $4.00. The sad thing is in Orlando its either Florida hospital or Orlando Health. I did not like Orlando because of that.
