    Would this be approved by US schools for clinical? I had to be on US soil. Luckily, US Embassies and military installations counted so I did some clinical at a Navy hospital in Okinawa.

    What country are you in as in the USA this is totally false. We prescribe many drugs "off label" and can prescribe melatonin all day long if I want...for all the little good it does.
