That number is the number of El Centro wait list according to the article. I remember the advising days for those on wait list back in May, there were a lot of people and it should be more than 13 :)!

I took 3 times (82-87-100). The hesi covers AP 2 so it's good to take it before taking the test. I think you have plenty of time (deadline is Sep roght?). Make sure to register the test at ECC early...

My best advice is to take the test as many as possible and write down the questions because some of them will repeat! That's how I made 100 on AP section lol.
