I guess the note in the pigeon box is quite misleading. I've seen their post in the bulletin outside their ofc. The rqmts are just resume, tor, board rating, 2x2 pic with white background.

BTW, I passed the one with board rating that is mailed by prc. I haven't claimed my certificate of board rating yet. I hope they're not strict with that.
