    I tend work 3-5 12's in a row. Which means I get 5-7 days off in a row. But lately I'm working more with most being overtime as we have a huge nursing shortage. Makes saving for a house easier.

    Thats the problem I have been seeing. Get out of college and are almost guaranteed a job. And 80% of them do not DESERVE to be a nurse.
