We are in a same boat. I faailed in my first attempt. I am so devastated and can't sleep at night. I lost my confidence and I don't know if I am able to take the test in the future.

I think even if they change the requirements, you are still eligible... But I'm not sure with that.. You might as well call the CNO and inquire. And let us know. I'm taking the exam on october too...

i never encountered any med-surg book that said elevation of leg is completely contraindicated in chf. or i just don't read med-surg book that much. lol..

Knowing your Assessor has nothing to do with it. Atleast you know who your assessor is and you can ask questions if you have any questions in aswering the competecnies..
