@sallyp911.. I think its all about the timing of application since usually i read that the foreign graduates who got denied submitted their application in April 2011. Maybe it was just in April that...

In my opininon having these cases done semesters away after the theory does not mean that we were not concurrently doing our clinical because students were also sent to the hospital to do clinicals...
