They really should be. When I was in the PSW program they said it is in the horizon, but nothing is concrete. We shall see.

Since you are a Canadian citizen, I would say U of C. Starting school is hard as it is without going through immigration/international student hurdles. Also it is considerably cheaper. Good luck!

I don't see why it would be an issue to do your homework during breaks. Every facility is different, patient needs are different and acuity levels are different so there very well maybe some downtime...
