We had it but it wasn't that great. This nurse was just bothering us with tons of questions about the patients. Rather be left alone.

  5. Does anybody else feel guilty about calling off?
I only do, on average, 1 mental health day a year. Our vacation and sick days are lumped into one bank. I get 29 a year and usually use them all for vacation.

  6. Does anybody else feel guilty about calling off?
I don't even feel guilty calling in sick when I'm not even sick (mental health day). You earn those sick days. They are yours to use. They belong to you. You are the owner, the boss, of that time...

  14. Kudos board
Pizza parties for good outcomes!!! Some nurses love these parties, I find them kind of insulting. Other professionals are rewarded monetarily. We get pizza or sometimes candy!
