  4. What do you think of 11 am- 7 pm shift?
I feel like I would take anything now than spending my nights working. I have been doing 7p-7a for 3.5 years, and I hate it. I have done it for too long for a person who is not made up for night...

  7. NICU vs MedSurg
Just because a job is hard to find doesn't make it a right choice for everybody. Don't go into an area where you will be miserable. Who cares if it is hard to find if you don't like it for yourself?...
