  2. Notes: Laptop, Tablet, or Paper?
Pen(cil) and paper has always worked best for me. I would be to tempted to do other things if I used a laptop/tablet. Plus I still find it a lot easier and quicker to type than write.

  8. LTC facility trying to fire me over refusing to take on 50 residents
This is an unsafe situation. I'm sorry, but it was unfair to double your patient load when you walk in the door. Then to threaten you with abandonment is even worse. Clearly either that manager is...

I think this is a bit of an overreaction, however you did not document appropriately which led to a med error. Let this be an example to dot your i's and cross your t's because someone else's mistake...

  12. When a Doctor is very nasty...and
I don't see any grounds for a lawsuit at this point. Either you find a new job, address the problem, or learn how to deal with this MD. I would start applying elsewhere asap.

Disgusting. I know awful things like this happen way too often. It makes me sick. If it wasn't for these honest healthcare workers being patient advocates I can't imagine what else would be going on.

  19. Is anyone else bothered by this? You should be
