LA County school nurse interview Monday

Has anyone had an interview with Los Angeles County Office of Edcation (LACOE)? I have an interview this Monday for the school nurse-Special Education position. I wanted to see if anyone is familiar with the interview/hiring process. Does anyone know if they look to fill positions right away, or is the same process as other LA County ( LA county does the first interview as pass/fail to see if you qualify to move on to the candidate pool, I've read elsewhere). The application period closed on Tuesday afternoon, and by Wednesday, I got the interview scheduled for Monday. The posting was listed as for "eligibility pool", but with everything moving so quickly, can they be looking to fill position immediately? I am so excited about this interview but itwould be disappointing to be thrown into a waitlist pool...
