Vitals?

Do you do a full set of vitals on every student that comes in not feeling well?

No. We only have a thermometer.

However, I'm also a hospice nurse and have a nurse bag so . . . . I've been known to take vitals using my own equipment but it has only been for asthma attacks. I've had to take 2 kids to the ER for those.

Otherwise, we only do temps.
