Immunization reporting

Here in Ohio, we must submit a summary of all newly enrolled student immunization records to the Department of Health, by October 15. This may sound like a silly question but I'm asking anyway :) We had a student enroll at the beginning of the year; not up to date on Hep B; she has since moved out of the district. I don't think I need to include her in the report, since she is no longer here and I won't be getting updates, as she completes the series. Am I correct?

I think it is based on your census the day you do your report. Because it can change day to day, as we all know....

I know states are different but, as referenced by NutmeggeRN, here in Texas it is referred to as the "snapshot" date and only the students who are active on that day are included.

I have to submit my data by Oct 31 for my 7th grade students here in MA and I only include those students active on the day I submit.

Here in CT, the report includes a date... ie: "Students enrolled as of November 12". If I have students withdraw before then, I don't include them. :)

Thank you all so much! That is exactly what I was thinking but my mind decided to make things more difficult for a split second :) Happy day to you all! :inlove:
