Wine, I have my music on too! I put up lights and a tinsel ekg rhythm on my window. Love this time of year!!

Please share where you got this from, or post a pic. It sounds too cute!

Happy FriYAY!

Seriously, I think this has been one of the most bonkers weeks (behavior-wise) all school year! Come on, 1:30, get here sooner!

I have 8! My district RN informed me that Mercury is in retrograde, so I should expect the bonkers behavior to continue through the 23rd. LOL

I realized I was all caught up on my work and decided to take a mental health day! I will do a little shopping and wrap some gifts while my kids are at school!

All caught up? What's that like?

It's lovely :) I have forced myself to delegate some of my reports to one of the nurses that I supervise and it has really lightened my load.

There is a GI illness running rampant through the school right now! It's one of those nondescript type of illnesses; symptoms include feeling icky, belly hurting, nausea, and vomiting for some. The only questions the parents ask is "Are they fevered?" but this particular strain of awfulness is not accompanied by a fever, so I'm seriously just guessing who is legitimately sick at this point! None of the kids that I sent back to class threw up in their classrooms, so I'm counting that as a win. I hope the weekend helps slow the spread of germs. Happy Friday!

You guys it just keeps getting better here. There is so much drama right now with the students. I really want to cry.

Or eat a whole pizza.

Both are tempting....did the other nurse tell you how long Mercury was gonna be in retrograde? It kind of feels like the whole year has been retrograde here.
