Wanting to work offshore

I saw a similar thread in this forum but I am seeking a little more informamtion. I have an MBA and am looking to work offshore a couple of years after graduating from nursing school this July. I just landed a job in the Medical ICU this summer and will have to work there for two years to fulfill my obligation.

I know that there are nurses that work in this area and I was wondering if someone could give me any information about working offshore. I would love to work abroad.
