Rural and Remote in Australia

Okay I want to start a discussion comparing some rural and remote practices around the country and internationally.

Firstly I am from Queensland and although I work in a mid sized hospital it is one of the more remote hospitals it's size virtually anywhere. I am an educator up here and would love to hear how other places have met the challenge of rural nursing education
