Rural nurse employment in Southern Colorado

I've been in health care for many yrs, as CNA, Resp.Therapist, LPN, and since '05 ASN. I've done the big city ER, mid sized LTC, the homehealth., all the stress of too much thrown onto 1 nurse.
I am wanting to move to Colorado, out into the sticks...I've looked at positions, but they seemingly are all for the big cities, which I am tired of.
Anyone with any ideas how to locate a rural type clinic/hospital? Other than cold calls off the net? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
