Looking for a Community Nurse in Rural Area

I am doing a Community Nursing Project called "Rural and Migrant Health". I need to find a nurse who has worked in a rural area and who has cared for seasonal workers. I would also like to know what aspect of this specific specialty you enjoy and what are the challenges that one face working with this population of people and area.
