by nahla1204 Jul 25, '11Hello. I am new to these boards. I start at St. Joes in August after trying for 2 years to get into an area nursing program. I am super excited but a little nervous still at what the job market is going to look like for me when I graduate with a diploma versus a degree. Can any of the grads of this school please let me know where you are working? I would really appreciate it!
Thanks!
Kim

- Jul 26, '11 by RhodyGirl, RNHi! I know 2 RN's who were hired last year at my hospital (private message me for details). St. Joe's is a good program, so I hear, but it is much easier to get that first job with a BSN.

As long as its not Fatima hospital, since that is where the school is affiliated. I do plan on getting my BSN through a bridge program after I get the diploma but hopefully I will find a job before that.
