Rhode Island Hospital new grad critical care program

Hi Everyone, I'll graduate in May 2013 with a BSN and am very interested in the critical care program at rhode island hospital. I'm looking for advice from anybody who is in the program currently on when to apply or interview tips. Or anybody who has good information. Unfortunately they don't have a contact number or email on the web page. I know it says April is the application deadline but is there a best time to apply?
