I was wondering if anyone had any information about this school. Their program is fairly new and not accredited as of yet. So, im kinda skeptical about this program. It would be nice if someone could respond to this that is in the program.

1. before you sign....ask to see the schedule of classes. I was told we have different times...once in verry little flexability. My job then had no flexability.

Oh I'm so confused I don't know what to do I have all me prerequisites done already I just don't want to apply at ccri and not get in again I can't take that again , thank you both I will ask alot of questions I have kids I'm a single mom so I don't know if this will work our for me , but it won't hurt to go talk to them , one more question do I still have to take all the classes others take even if I have done then already ? And do I finish in 21 months still or sooner ?

I usually work 30 hrs and take two classes but I would leave my job and work around the schedule do you all think its possible or not at all ?

Sorry there was only one person thank you for the input

I asked for more information and got a call back today. I'm going to the school Monday to talk with an admissions officer. I have finished all of my prerequisites and was just denied a spot to Goodwin College's nursing program for January. They told me they still have spots available for the January start at NEIT, so I would love to start then. I'm at the point now that I don't care how expensive it is, I just want to start! Is it just your Kaplan score that they go off of for admission to the NEIT program?!

And you have to have a plan for financial aide set up for at least 9 months they said I'm with you I got denied to go into CCRI with A's and B's

I went also to NEIT to inquire, I just don't know how I feel about:

1. The extra classes on top of nursing classes.

2.) The $ if you drop and would have to pay.

Two of my friends go there, one will be done very soon, but both went after they received denial letters from CCRI. They both barely make the 78 passing grade. $55,000 is a lot of money for associates degree, they don't take much off for having classes done. Not to mention the money already spent on pre-reqs at CCRI.

NEIT nursing program, from what I am tol, has made some significant changes, in positive ways. They got rid of the original director/creator of the program. This has led to major changes in policy, curriculum, and mission. From what I am told the school administrators take notice and monitor the nursing program now whereas, before the program was in black op mode being dictated by a loose cannon. The price tag is hefty, no way around that but you will be in a very high tech, the best money can buy facility. Although expensive, this does offer quick placement in a nurse program. Kinda like; sending a letter to another state, cost fifty-cents, but if you want it there overnight it'll cost what, $10+? Nursing school is tough everywhere, you must be dedicated and determined. I would say, you are much safer now going into neit nursing program than you were before. The saying "gotta work the bugs out" is true but in this case more appropriately, " they worked the monsters out"!

I'm going tonight I thought it was 25,000 not 55 ? Thank you for input
