Retired Nurses Who Would Like To Transition Back Into School

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone had any information on this topic that they could help me out with.
I was a nursing student who then furthered my education by entering the health care management program. As part of my senior program I am to design, implement, and evaluate a program for retired nurses who would like to transition back into school and continue their professional education in Virginia. I don't even know where to begin. If anyone can help me this I would be eternally grateful. Thank you.
