NCLEX and remediation class


I am an RN from the Philippines who took the NCLEX-RN three times and failed,the BON in NJ requires to take a remediation course before i can take the exam again,I have no idea where i can get this or what school in NJ area offer such course. I need help.Also, I'm wondering if i can take the LPN exam.after failing the NCLEX-RN three times.Any idea?
