Because of the nursing shortage, our hospital is looking for ways to recruit new grads. Haha, isn't everyone.

The small community college that has our nursing program, has only seven students left to graduate. These graduates will cover three hospitals in a 100 mile stretch of our valley.

My question is: Has anyone set up for nurse internships? And where would someone look to set up a new program?
