Need help with teaching plan Dx

I'm in an on-line RN to BSN program and for my current class I have to do a health promotion/wellness teaching plan. I will do it with my grandson's pre-school class and would like to know if my dx is good or if there are any other suggestions. My dx is knowledge defecit of nutritional requirements for good body growth and health maintenance. Please give your opinions. Thank-you
