Help! Interested in Nursing Research

Help! I recently learned about nursing research and would very much appreciate any information about how to go about getting involved in this type of career. Any information about CRA's or even if anyone knows a recruiter it would be very helpful. I am a new RN-BSN and have been working as an OR circulator for close to a year. I want to make a career move to research, but I'm not sure where to start.
