Graduate School Research Course

HI,
I am taking a graduate level research course this summer (yea, I know.. I need a life!). My question is this: I have to do a lit review on a specific subject. One issue that is of great importance to me is how (as a profession) nursing has so much discord (shift to shift fighting, unit to unit fighting... and of course, the "eating our young" phenomenon). I do not have access to a computer (other than the library right now). Can any of you suggest any articles or journals? I have been looking in the library, but with little luck.
I do not have access to an internet site for article searches. (I'm in the middle of nowhere this summer.. and feel lost!!!). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
