    good day to all!
    I'll be doing a research on Medication Errors on how it is affected in terms of Job Workload of Nurses. I wonder if you guys can recommend a tool on conducting this research - any questionnaires of checklist of sort. I plan to borrow the tool - with the author's approval of course - in conducting this research on our setting. Any help would be very much appreciated! I hope to finish my research this coming semester.
