Academic Research on home health

Good day,

My name is Folarin Kasumu and I am looking for nurses who have experience working in home care or home health to assist me in filling out a survey for my thesis.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to fulfill the research requirement for my Master of Science in Organizational Behavior at the Polytechnic Institute of NYU. The survey will be conducted on job satisfaction of home healthcare personnel. It is completely anonymous and all results are confidential. The survey will take about 7 minutes to complete
