Restorative nursing program

Please anybody
I need help on how to start a restorative program besides to read the RAI manual and also some forms :cry::heartbeat i.e. R.O.M and ambulation.

I'm in the same boat with bygrace. We have small facilities and not a lot of money to waste on programs that do not explain in a reasonable way of how to get our Nursing Restorative Program going due to the new Medicaid changes. Thanks.
